A consultant with Studio Peascod, led by designer and sculptor duo Emma and Tobias Peascod, who launched a limited edition collection of statement mirrors during London Craft Week.  Produced in their Somerset studio, Peascod’s designs are deeply rooted in the duo’s combined British and Japanese heritage. Their creations reflect the local landscape, whether through the flora and fauna of the British Isles, ancient traces of human activity etched into the terrain, or the rich folkloric traditions of both cultures.  On view at The Lavery, 4 Cromwell Place, London SW7 2JE.

The first live UK performance by artist Liu Bolin at Saatchi Gallery/  Whilst the artist's iconic photographic artworks are much acclaimed and collected, this was the first time that Bolin's work was showcased as a time-based performance.  The artist painstakingly posed in front of a specially produced backdrop, while a carefully trained team gradually painted him into the background by hand and in situ.  The team of painters meticulously emulated the complex background and painted over the entirety of the artist, until he was completely camouflaged.  This mesmerising performance garnered huge press attention, including Sky Arts TV, London Live TV, The Daily Telegraph, The Times, Evening Standard amongst others.
