We were delighted to collaborate with a leading private property investment and development company on the recent refurbishment of a landmark residential development in Hove. Working closely with Gort Scott Architects to complement and enhance the interior design scheme, we were commissioned to develop a bespoke art strategy and curate the collections displayed throughout the building’s communal spaces for residents to enjoy.
Drawing inspiration from Hove’s vibrant creative community and distinctive seaside setting, we proposed a collection that celebrates local artistic talent while strengthening the development’s connection to its surroundings. The selected artworks bring colour, character and visual interest to the communal areas, creating a more engaging and welcoming environment while contributing to a strong sense of identity and place throughout the building.
We are proud that works by Polly Arnett, Cassia Beck, Bonnie and Clyde, and Ruth Mulvie were selected from our proposals to feature throughout this exceptional Art Deco development. Their artworks not only enhance the architectural and interior design vision but also enrich the everyday resident experience, transforming shared spaces into thoughtfully curated environments that inspire, uplift and foster a connection to Hove’s coastal culture and creative heritage.
